Originally  from Morgantown, West Virginia, Army Sergeant Jim Wiant found his purpose in two powerful communities: the United States Army and the Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW). After a distinguished career serving his country, he transitioned to civilian life, carrying with him a deep appreciation for the shared 20 years of military experience. His passion for the camaraderie he felt during his time overseas led him to become Quarter matches Master, to serve his fellow veterans. For Jim there is nothing that quite the pleasure of enjoying good company with a cold beer and his loyal dog by his side.
